Ticket stuck not showing orders

Hello Everybody,
After the success of Sambapos V4 deployment in my first restaurant, i decided to deploy Sambapos V5 in my second restaurant.
and i got stuck while setting up a second department TakeAway,

Every time i settle a ticket it gets stuck in the ticket lister widget,

from the TA department once the ticket is selected it show and empty order ticket which cannot be closed or settled

also when the ticket is selected from the widget in the first department it trow this error:

at the en detailed report.

as i understand from this post : Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation
It might be a wrong entity name, i checked multiple times but i still cannot understand.

if anybody can help me to identify where the problem lays i would be really appreciated.

I removed the team viewer info from your post. You should not post team viewer or any personal or private information especially something that gives control like team viewer in a public forum it is very unsafe. You didnt really cause any problems its just not very smart or safe to post that publicly. Instead ask for help and let people PM you and talk directly to them.

This pretty much tells you what caused the issue, as for the actual fix, I’m not too sure.
