Ticket types and Product groups

Hi Guys

Is it possible to split a ticket type into product groups in the way of a report.

So my example is that all my food is Under BISTRO FOOD ticket type.

My Food comes from product group BISTRO FOOD and my ALCHOL comes from STARLIGHT BAR

If my waitress takes an order that has food and drink on it then on the work period report it just displays the total that was sold on BISTRO FOOD tickets. I would like to see how much of that was food and how much of that was alchol is this possible?

forgot to add that I have three bars that all use the starlight bar product group
