I have created a Takeaway section for my POS. When I create a takeaway order and settle payment, the order does not close completely.
Means next time I open the Takeaway screen the order is still there even though the payment value shows 0.
Maybe I am doing something wrong, can someone please assist.
The ticket flow from creation to closing is generally controlled by the Status ticket state.
The default closing rules close a ticket when ticket state Status==Paid and RemainingBalance==0.
Can you share a screenshot of a takeaway ticket that won’t close making sure to show the states at the top?
