Tickets of customer accounts are gone from the screen when you print out the ticket. And I have to type their names and find their ticket through the tickets screen. But I’m always at the POS screen and it takes a lot of time during the rush hour at the bar.
Use the Customer Tickets Entity Screen instead of the Customer Search Entity Screen to see Tickets that are open by Customer Entities.
Perhaps be only has new orders state defined as filter and not bill requested making it drop off the screen

I think I found what u meant. At the entities tab, when I check status filter of customer tickets entity screen I see new orders. I can choose ticket ordered but then I’ll loose new orders on the screen. So how can I see them both on the same screen?
Add bill requested to the state filter - comma separated.
