Is there anyway to get the amount of total discounts that were given during a work period? I guess for that custom report tags may need to be developed - i’ve gone through the ones displayed in the tutorial but none seem to mention discounts. I’ve to use that in a custom report i know that its already available in Sample Work Period Report.
Also, is it somehow possible to have a report that lists by tickets, all tickets which were discounted?
How are you applying your discounts?
I’m applying these discount by simply choosing the “Discount” option when settling the tickets.
As you are adding discount to whole ticket do yo mean to list all orders of the ticket or just the ticket itself?
PS. We call a single ticket line as order.

Also, how can i have a cell that lists the " total amount of discounts" that were given? I mean what would be the tags for that.
Discount is a ticket calculation so Calculations table should store whole necessary information.
