There is a way to change REPORT TICKET STATES and REPORT ORDER STATES to spanish? I’m trying to make a complete translation of the program
Values stored in database gets translated when you create a new database. So if you create database in English and change UI language to Spanish you need to change these values manually from Management > Settings > States.
However these values are also used in rules to determine order states and execute actions accordingly so when you change state values you also need to change all related rules & actions to use the translated state value.
