Trouble to connect mobile client to PC server

hi all i am new to this setup but thank you for all tutorial in forum … i have a problem to connect client mobile to pc server,
When i put the message server IP as what sql server is, connection error 4001
how to resolve this?
using win 10 as pc server
and samsung tab a7lite as client

i did not do
3.3. Network Settings
SambaPOS Server and Mobile Client must be in the same IP group.

Server: Go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings > Local Area Connection > Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Write a static IP.

cause i cant find local area connection which i could change the IP

is this an issue?

both device connected to same wifi network.
