Why not just create Turkish categories on existing forum, surely it is better having one resource for all?
Yours and local problems are very diffrent. We dont love give answers to questions. So maybe Turkish users mix the English forum. This is for your safety Mark 
I voted for separate forum primarily because there is no grouping by category on the home page. I wish we could do something like that. https://forum2.sambapos.org/
