Unable to Add New User

Hi Team,

I’ve just upgraded to 5.7.14, initially no issues but I’ve just discovered that I can’t add a new user. No Save button. I assume it’s down at the bottom but it’s off the page and there’s no scroll bars to access it.

Any ideas?

  1. Move the mouse cursor over the SambaPOS logo in the top left corner
  2. Press & Hold CTRL + SHIFT
  3. Pull the scroll wheel towards you to change resolution

I’m at the highest resolution for my system unfortunately :pensive:

Not sure what’s supposed to happen because I don’t have a mouse wheel.

I went into Manage - Settings - Local Settings - Display and changed the Window Scale to 90% and also Navigation Screen Scale to 90% and all is good.

Is that what the mouse wheel would have done?

Yes, but you can dynamically resize to what fits you
