Unable to print receipt

Hi,

I am unable to print customer receipt. Trying to print receipt simply prints the template i.e.

I am using the default “customer receipt template” that comes with the software. I made the following change to try and print receipt: Settings > Print Jobs > Print Bill. Here, I changed Printer Template to “Customer Receipt Template”. To print bill, I click on “Print Bill” icon on the settlement screen and get the output as shown above. If I use “Ticket Template” instead of “Customer Receipt Template” above, the ticket print out comes out fine.

Following are details of software and system:
POS version - 4.1.38
OS - Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit
DB - SQL Server local DB
Device - Laptop

Customer Receipt Template is for Account Transactions, and may have a name that is a bit confusing. For the most part, nobody uses the Customer Receipt Template, and in fact in it’s current configuration doesn’t have anything to do with Customers at all - it could apply to any Account Transaction.

Instead, use the Ticket Template… that is what you really want, since it will print the order items that are on the Ticket.
