Hello i have a printer setup with windows i also have configured samba pos so it would print according to the v4 guide, I can print a windows test file via the printer so i know that it’s properly set up.
Whenever i try to print bill it never prints anything or show any response any help would be appreciated asap.
The print system in SambaPOS works just fine so I changed your category to a question. More than likely it is just a configuration mistake. Show us some screenshots of your printer setup and your template/print job.

I tried autoprint on payment and it actually works however when i press print bill only it doesnt print the bill
Show your print job and your print bill rule and action please.
