Unlock settled bill and do the change with password

Can any one help me to Unlock the settled bill and do the change and settle it again, also need password protection to do that.

Unlock and cancel payments are part of the module for extra actions you have to install.
FYI reopening tickets from past periods will not reflect in your work period report as ticket is past period so must be done carfully with consideration for this.

Hi, thank you for the warraning, yes we are aware of that, thats the reason asking for the password protection, pls help us to do the same.

Go to Automation commands, find the command that you want a password protection on and select Admin PIN under confirmation.
