User was able to open tickets and create orders with work period closed

I’m not sure how this happened, but I had a user login unable to access the POS screen. It turns out the other server had been entering in orders the whole morning. It appeared that the work period had not been started. Any idea why they would’ve been able to add orders/access the pos screen?

When a work period closed ensure all terminals are shut down.
V5 have better control on this.
