Is there any option to have Usernames instead of pin login. I know staff will be able to use each others names but that is not much of an issue. I am trying to setup for a busy bar.
Not on the login screen, have you looked at using RFID fobs to swip to enter pin. I use them on all my setups and they are cheap.

You can do this with an entity based user system like kendash has but I would reconmend the RFID option.
