Check the mapping of the command button. When is it enabled?
Not sure what just happened but I pressed save when I left this screen and now it is printing to notepad correctly. Bit surprised at that as the PC has been shut down and restarted several time which I would have expected would have restored anything odd, like an unsaved screen, to a default state. But clearly not!

You inspired me to make a Reprint Customer Receipt button. I am writing a tutorial on it now haha.
