Using the Create Ticket action

I have a couple of different ticket types in my setup; Sale and Expense

I am trying to use the Create Ticket action to create a new ticket which for some reason defaults to a “Sale”.

I have tried using a command button to change the type of the ticket. I have tried using the Set Ticket Type and the Change Ticket Properties actions, but neither of these seem to work. (I am expecting the menu to change to the Expense menu and the type of entity I can select to change).

How should I be creating a specific ticket type?
