V 5.7.14 Issue with Menu List name and associated products

Hi Guys I have starting using the latest version 5.7.14. During the configuring the Products and then associating them to a Menu. There was some previous configured menu options but they are not appearing and in the Menu List option I am stuck when I click on the Menu to configure it stops working and is stuck on any click of any of the menu option’s so I have to stop the process in task manager to reset.

As seen in the previous POS screen then Menu Items are there but not being displayed in the Menu list

As seen in the Product list these item show no associated Menu list name
as highlighted in yellow yet the product are in there as shown in the POS display.

it looks like you did not assign any categories to the products.

Please edit them and create Category Codes

I just checked Jesse I have categorys assigned as you can see with 18 products listed under Breakfast and 3 under HotDrinks however in the Product listing I do not see the menu list separated as it was in previous version that I have used. Also I have order tags configured that I want to assign to these specific Menu Lists they do not appear in the drop down Product List item in the order tags

No Separation of products per Menu List item

Also under the Product Group is not showing the Menu List options only the global *

You still do not have categories defined for your products. Please define group codes in product settings.

Hi I have came back to the system to allow me to add more products to the menu list. However now the system just freezes and doesn’t allow me to select any thing. In fact I cannot select any menu option to get out of the system only to use the task manager to force stop the application, as seen in the attached Menu List

I also though I would backup the Database manually and it now is freezing and stopping me from selecting anything. It just sounds the bell when I click on any of the menu options

it sounds like a database connectivity issue. Or a computer issue. Usually when it does this it means it is having trouble with the database. Please email support@sambapos.com so we can assist you.
