V4 is not compatible with XP you will need to upgrade windows or use V3, but there is no support in this forum for V3 this is V4 and V5 only
I would suggests if you can upgrade windows
Also the latest version of V4 is 4.1.82, you should upgrade to this as there have been many changes and updates since .13
