Hi, i have read through the forum but i haven’t seen any topic that matches my issue. Am attaching screenshots of void automation command, void rule and the action i created. I cannot void orders the button is greyed out. Please advice on where something is missing. Thank you
Automation Commands → Void → Edit Automation Command → Mappings
Terminal: *
User Role: *
Department: *
Ticket Type: *
Enabled States: GStatus=Gift,Submitted
Visible States : GStatus=,GStatus=Gift
Visibility: Order Line
thanks for your quick help @Posflow i had already checked that and looked okay attached is the how the mapping looks. you helped me with print job action last week, does creating print jobs per category and printing separate KOT tickets affect it? I appreciate your help
Remove the mapping for enabled leave it empty and try

There appears there is no Order State with that order. It should have an Order State of “Submitted”. Can you confirm there is no order state with your orders.
You are very right @Bob_be it worked but seems the order state is not showing like you highlighted in yellow box. Thanks let me sort out that too. Cheers
None of the states are.. that means the administrator account is not truly an admin account.
