Most of this stuff just sits there on ebay for weeks so I based my price on historic ICR terminal sales for a second hand unit. Obviously most sales are made outside ebay in the end so its hard to give exact advice.

That’s often a hope to save the 10%
I generally start high and let people put offer in, people always more satisfied when they have bartered, even though they have really only paid the price you wanted for it in the first place

I generally avoid ICR to be honest, just accepted this as part ex as was a friends new pub.
What is the retail value of an ICR licence?
Thats what this forum is for 
licenses are sold to retail re-sellers who bundle with terminal to make a profit. That is as much as I can advise regarding pricing.
