Wrong display with pole

Hello sir ,

I configure pole display using database file

but I getting issue link when I login it work fine but for second order it display wrong

But for second order it works below

please help to fix it

Which database file did you use? Did you follow the tutorial or did you just import a file and expect it to work?

Looks like you need to tweak your printer template.

So you will want to tweak your settings until it fits the pole display. Maybe try character count.
