Hello,
I think you have to apply the gift tag.

In the menu set up, you select the category in which the product is and you click on “Edit product properties”

You then slide to the right and in the automation command you insert “GIFT”

Thanks to All the issue is settled
in the action two Execution Printing job is wrong printer selected. no such printer . after selected correct printer the issue is fixed

You can usually always read the error report and it will give clues to what’s wrong. Glad you fixed it.
