Show your loop tickets when deliverer selected rule and expand the actions so we see parameters.
No mapping needed those are right.
Look at your Loop Stored Ticket Ids action For TicketIds parameter type {SETTING:TicketIds}

It’s not displaying that ticket then. The rule that had Display Ticket Action would give an idea be sure it’s [:CommandValue] not [:Value]
I Set it to [:CommandValue]

and can I use clock in and clock out for deliverer to check their times.
And please I want to use new Order serial every work period in all ticket types.
Emre is redesigning the delivery system tutorial using new v5 features you should probably wait for that. I’m fairly sure it will allow tracking times etc.

Tickets and orders are two different things.
What is the difference?
Is Ticket NO Unique?
Id Order NO Unique?
How to use new order no every work period in V5?
Orders is each product you add to a ticket. A ticket is just that a ticket with orders on it.
Can you explain your entire business flow it might help us understand your need better.

I Have more than one restaurant for each one serve (Dine In - Take Away - Delivery), and this is the first time to use Samba, I like it and want to implement it for my business.
Also It will be helpful to build a General call center for Order Taker to all restaurant.
