So you renamed the fields. It needs to be Phone or you need to edit the device.

Another question can i use the caller id on another terminal? I tested it but its not working atm…

What do you mean on another terminal? Like have multiple terminals try and get the call?

Yes it is possible to get the call via Android Caller ID App on Terminal Computer as well.
