Ask question and show message question

Sorry, just use command name and not value for that step, and match command name rather than value as the rule event constraint.

sorry im a little lost here. please correct me if im wrong on the steps to take for creating KioskClose

Create action type “KioskClose”
Select Automation execute command under " Action Type"

and what do i have to enter under the 3 fields？

Name can be whatever you want, put KioskClose as the command value and use that as your constraint Command Name equals KioskClose in place of print bill on you screenshot rule.

Let me try it out. For the cancel rule, there will be no action rules? So i will just need to add custom constraints ?

As for the print bill rules screenshot i attached here, do i have to change any of the rules inside?

For cancel, as that rule is the first one the flow only goes forward if choosing a payment type, if cancel is just a button then the ask question will close and nothing further will happen and it returns to ticket.

The screenshot rule would need the constraint changing to respond with the show message, which is where the execute automation command action comes in.
You would obviously not need the ask question in that rule as you have put it in the first step rule instead.

ok sure… you said to remove the ask question action on the print bill rule and i followed that but now the ask question is not showing after clicking on click here to print your bill

Have you made a new print bill rule with the ask question as per step one in the flow?

That’s you problem.
That rule need to fire from the print bill button, set it to command name equals Print Bill for constraint.

ok it works now. but all 3 buttons will return to the food order screen. Only CANCEL button is suppose to return to food order screen

Ok, firstly You don’t need the cancel rule, and cancel doesn’t need an = in the ask question.

My closest setup to this does not use a value for that, try taking it out and leave it blank.
