Is this the new print bill rule I created?
I mean the flow itself, where is it failing? you not getting the show message for ENETS or Credit Card right?
Im getting the show message for both the enets and credit card. But after the show message it returns to the order screen which is not correct, and this is where the flow fails. Only cancel button will return the user to the order screen.
This is the correct work flow
. User will select food
. User will click on click here to print your bill after selecting food and the ask question will show
. User will select either one of the 3 buttons, if user select enets or credit card button , show message action will show and then it will close ticket and print ticket. If user select cancel button, it will bring user back to the order screen to continue ordering food and then click on click here to print your bill when they are ready to print the ticket.
. The ticket will now be close and the next user will perform the same flow again

That sugests the problem is in the exacute automation command action/the kioskclose rule

Do i have to create a new rule for kioskclose? If yes what is the constraints and also the actions rule?
The KioskClose rule is your original rule with the state updates and ticket close. You have it names Print Bill Rule
I meant the rule which is expected to respond to the KioskClose command.
OK, maybe try switching it to command name.
Move KioskClose value to command name for the action and change the constraint to command name rather than value.

No, your exacute automation command, change the KioskClose from value to name.
Then change the constraint on the Print Bill Rule to command name rather than value.

it works! Thanks so much! But now i have one problem.
I have created rule and action to show a new ask question action when click on CANCEL button
and when user click on clear order the order will be close (I have achieved this) and if user select return to order screen, the user will be return to the order screen. This is like the “CANCEL” button previously. can you guide me on how to make the “RETURN TO ORDER SCREEN” work?
