Ask question for Ticket Tag based on Payment Method

Hi all,

I’m trying to have Samba ask a question for a ticket tag when a specific payment type is selected. I’ve seen tutorials including questions with buttons but haven’t seen any with a text input field for a ticket tag.

We have a widely used payment type of Bank transfer and I want to record Bank account name of the customer for easier cross checking with bank statements. Is there a way to make the question pop up when bank transfer is selected as payment method, and ask for the bank account name?
