The entire process works fine for me. I made it the same setup as you my change due pops up and logs out when I hit ok. settle works too. I don’t know what else to try for you
is there a way to send me the rules and actions so i can copy at my end? dont know if thats possible?
I can send you my working database but I am on a hotel will have to wait until tomorrow after my conference
if you purchase the database tools module I can send you a file that will import the rules actions etc
is your working database from the copy i sent you? that would be great if you could i just cant see why i cant do it

You will have to manually install new version. All your settings will be retained though, so no worries there.

cool, so do i just got to the download part of website and download it, will it overwrite current installation or do i have to remove current install first then update?
Correct. Current version is 4.1.47. emre has not yet released .48 so it is not yet available for download.
Just run the installer executable - it will uninstall the previous version and install the new version… it’s all automatic. I always recommend running the installer as Administrator, and launching SambaPOS for the first time as Administrator after an upgrade, login, logout, exit, then run SambaPOS as a regular user.
@RickH I should be home in few hours. Conference is short only hour. No it was my own test to replicate your issue. I have not looked at yours yet to see what is different.

Yes it is. I have modified a few things but the flow is same as that.
I modified my pay ticket for [:Amount] so I wouldn’t have to use multiple actions and few formatting issues but its setup the same and works just fine
Message action is Show Message which is Change Due on my rule
ok thanks. I tried it, and it does work with Fast Payment, but via Settle button, it fails to switch screens… don’t remember which condition: either All > Cash or Overpay > Cash.
I have another question: For your Logout User action, did you select to clear Cache (True/False) (or blank).
Blank and my settle button works as well. When I get home ill give you a file with my entire setup for comparison
Do you have any messages or Close Ticket action in any of your Payment Processed rules?
No. Only thing I have in my payment processed is print receipt
