Hi, I set the actions, rules, triggers according below link.
And our SambaPos have seven terminals. Every day the Work Period will open six times and only close once. How can we set only open once and close once. Can someone help to fix it please? thank you.
My guess would be that each terminal is starting and trying to stop workperiods. Try adding a constraint to the start and end workperiod rules to one terminal…Probably should do it to all 3 rules in the tutorial.
Example:
{LOCAL SETTING:CURRENTTERMINAL} Equals <terminal name>
Choose a terminal that is most likely have Samba running. The Print report rule can be a different computer if you would like.
That was my thought. I can’t think of any other reason why it would open multiple times but close only once unless you specifically told it to.
