So this is a bit funky, and is not really the intended use for Ticket Tags nor filtering the Display Ticket List Action, but it seems to work somewhat well.
Automation Command - Back Button
Action - Display Ticket List
Action - Update Program Setting - Store LastClosedEntity
Action - Tag Ticket with Entity Name
