Creating instructions for orders

hi, i need to create instructions for orders which are printed on the slip when the order is made. e.g. if a customer orders a full chicken we need to indicate to the kitchen staff what flavor it must be, must it be cut into pieces, must it be crispy etc. can anyone assist me with this please

Order Tags would cover most of your needs. special instructions might be handled with Ticket Notes if its ticket wide. Free tags would handle custom special instructions for orders.

Using Order Tags as Product Modifiers

You can use Order Tags to define modifiers for menu items. With SambaPOS V4 you can define global, product group based or product based order tags. Let’s see how it works. I’ll start by defining Global Modifiers. They will work for all products in my menu. Navigate to Management > Tickets > Order Tags and Add a new order tag group.
