Custom product adding system

I need a alternate option for adding products and adding it to menu also without going into management area?
Because my employees cannot understand the current option to add products.

Take a look at a few of the guides for using “miscellaneous products”.

This won’t allow employees to add a completely new product, but it will allow them to charge a customer a custom amount for an item that is not already in your system.

If you are using V5 then it will also be possible to have the employee type a description of the product which will appear on the receipt. Without V5, the employee could still write details in the ticket notes section.
