Displaying notification messages on terminals

I have followed the above link to the letter but i cant get the terminals to display the popup message. What am i doing wrong? Message server is up and running and showing connected.

Ok…after alot of retries i got this to work but the popup is only coming up on the server terminal where the messge server service is installed…av tried mapping to all terminals but still no joy. Any pointers…?
