Help with Kitchen Printer Template

Hello,

I have been using this tutorial to assist with creating line separators.
4.69. How to Add Line Separator – SambaPOS Knowledgebase

I am having some trouble with the correct printing code/format when having more than one separator.

It currently prints like this:

I would like it to print like this

[ORDERS:SEPARATOR]
– Default format for orders
< L 0 0>-------------------Main-------------------
< L 0 0>TAKEAWAY

I have tried a few different things but it does not work…

Any help or a tutorial link would be very much appreciated.
