How do I apply service charge to ticket orders?

In the V2 i could easily apply a tax rate and service charge rate and they would be apply to the ticket total. I have gotten the tax to apply just fine, however how do I apply a 8% service charge tot he ticket total and have it print out on the receipt? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
