How do I void a ticket that is closed / a transaction that is made and the customer wants a refund ? … Also if this refund is made how does it subtract from the report? Is it don’t automatically or I will have to subtract my self ?
There are multiple ways of making refunds. One of them explained here but you can find more if you search forum.
