How to setup an low stock alarm on version 4? I need the system to send a warning sign that stock amount Is below 5.

Type in “Stock Level” into the search and the forst post is a step by step guide to create on the fly stock level from ticket screen

I have also created an automatic “pop up” that alerts you when stock is below a certain level

You will need to upgrade to V5, this isnt available for V4

Disable selling if stock is empty

Here’s my low level warning rule [image] This is a stock level balance enquiry, after adding an order to the ticket, select it and press stock level button [image] im also going to look at an automation that doesnt involve adding the product to the ticket, instead just press the stock level button and scan the barcode [image] and this is my screen when an item is added with inventory level 5 or below [image]
