That is not Javascript at all. Not even close.
XML is not a native/natural format for Excel. They are not related. If you want to import XML into Excel, it can be done, but you need to research how to do it…
XML is a text file with a particular structure for representing data. You are seeing a text file in Excel.

I notice Data Exports feature under Manage > Reports, but nothing mentioned on the forum about it. What does this do? Can I use it to create CSV exports? Any info much appreciated. Thanks
EDIT: Ok I notice it exports the report to a txt file. If for example I use the {REPORT INVENTORY} tag I am getting output like this:

Have been asked to export email addresses from customer account data.
I can see in the forum it talks about exporting sales info from the database using the data export tool, so I am assuming that we can also export customer records?
Not a SQL guy myself, so I wouldnt have any idea where to start.
Is someone able to help me here?
