Hello, I want two menu. One for credit customers, one for cash customers with different prices. How do I set up?

You probably wouldn’t want or need 2 different Menus.
Search for Price Definitions and/or Price Lists. They allow for multiple pricing on Products.

If you are charging a fixed or % amount more for credit card sales, you can use a Payment Processor to automatically add the surcharge to that payment type. Have a look here, specifically Add Service Calculation :
A payment processor works when you click on a payment button. It can change how specific payment buttons works.

Add Calculation: It adds a configured Calculation to ticket. Useful for rounding ticket amount by payment types.
