Id like to enter the customers name, as we take the order. Then that name would print (to the kitchen) on the order. Ideally, Id like it to replace the 'Ticket Number" on the dupe.
Im not very good at coding/programing this… Baby Steps would be appreciated (if this could be done) Thanks!!
You would be best to use a ticket tag and then just add the ticket tag {} on the template.
Have a watch of this temp tabs tutorial, it features customer name as ticket tag.
Some you won’t need but you would then just add {TICKET TAG:TagName} where you want it to print on the template.
