So it can access internet. Hmm. Normally we don’t log samba market connection issues as it can also work without Internet connection. I’ll compile a new 5.1.61 to log the connection issue and let you know tomorrow.
@sharmakasi I uploaded a new 5.1.61 update to log the issue. Please install it from https://sambapos.com/?wpfb_dl=143 link and try logging in by clicking Activate button. It should generate a log.txt file under [MyDocuments]/SambaPOS5 folder. You can zip that file and post here so we may understand the reason of the issue.
I have this problem too with win 10, but solved it, uninstall sambapos v5 license, and restart sambapos apps,
And then install again sambapos v5 license
