i had the same issue its not a bug it is the way you have put the sequence of order tag set
like
Pasta
Pizza
Pasta Sauce
Pizza Sauce
if i want Pasta + Pasta Sauce then Pizza + Pizza Sauce
it will appear as Pasta + Pizza + Pasta Sauce + Pizza Sauce because my order was set like that
