SambaPOS is awesome! I’m setting it up for our soon-to-open brewery/bar. One question though:
In the SambaCard Scenario, how would I prevent that a Customer Account is overcharged, meaning that the cards balance becomes negative?

Hello @chrigu3014. You can change Management > Accounts > Account Types > [Your SambaCard Account Type] > Rules setting to prevent it from becoming negative or positive. That can be credit or debit depending on your case.
