I have only this Printer for ticket, nothing for kitchen. No need.
BUT i have created just templates for kitchen and Ticket and for customer. But they are not in use.

I have this Print Bill Rule
I see that rule but kitchen printer doesnt trigger from that rule, it triggers on ticket close.
Show your kitchen printer settings in printers setup.
I have deleted this completly, it prints always 2 times 
Look at share name, you select your ticket printer so it is configured.
The automation is there in default setup.
Remove the printer share/port name.
i dont need this one, i can deleted! But without name it prints 2 times
When does it print?
If you print bill without entity (so ticket doesnt close) does it print 2?

If i choose no customer or no table, it print only on time. I choose a customer and i print this ticket without payment it prints 2 times, with payment only 1 time.
Is that fresh ticket each time?
Definatly have made some changes id say.

Yes, but is it a new ticket when payment is taken, ie if you add customer and print meaning ticket closes then open and pay the same ticket its not the same test as the ticket has already been submitted, ie if it was kitchen printer type think it would only print NEW orders on ticket close.
If its not kitchen printer its something you have added/changed.
So Im meant to keep guessing and listing things for you to check?

OK, so you only have one print job.
So you need to check your rules to see if you have added a second print bill action in a rule other than your print bill button rule.
other than this one, you already showed that.

Pretty sure thats not there by default…
You dont get 2 on payment because your not pressing the print bill button.
Pressing print bill button prints on from the other rule but that button also closes ticket which also triggers this rule which prints another copy.

Have you deleted db and settings folder?
Just reinstalling samba does very litle settings wise.
DEFAULT SAMBA SETUP DOES NOT PRINT 2 RECEIPTS.
I already told you the problem;
Database and all Sampaos files are deleted and installed afain. SQL server too…
Possible to have only one copy with Print Bill button?
