Reopen Closed Ticket - Should the ticket status be updated?

Hi All-
Should be a quick question, but I noticed when setting up the ‘Reopen Closed Ticket’ rule that we don’t update the ticket status to Unpaid. This leaves the reopen closed ticket button present. Is there any reason we don’t update the ticket status?


Typically it’s to prevent reprinting tickets etc. But you can design that flow how you need.
