Report that shows user who Voided

I already have a custom report that shows the user who opened a voided ticket.
I would want to be able to report the user who clicked the void button or the user who actually did the void.

You can use OSU.GStatus report tag to see who was the user that pressed Void button.

What we do when there’s a void or comp is add to the ticket log. In whichever rule you’re using for void, you’ll add a ticket log action. One can then create a report on the ticket log.

There are new fields available for this. You can see who executed an acm and who approved it. They are also inside the report helper when building a report
