Samba market not working

@Tayfun, I can’t find clear button over there. Please help me out, one of my customer system got down. I want to reactivate license.

You need to clear licence from within the customer account rather than ‘master’ re-seller account unless its changed.

Congrats, but some heads up to resellers would have made things go allot smother.

My account has moved to the new website but all thats on there is the mobile client licence i bought. I have moved my database to a new pc and need to licence the software but i dont know where i can get this from. I have tried using samba market details but it doesnt find any details, can anyone advise where I can reset my key and get the login details?

So do you have a v5 licence or not?
Login to cp.sambapos.com and click clear key on the left.

Did you ever buy a v5pro license? If not you need to contact a reseller to purchase one.

You can login to old sambamarket accounts using new cp. site by just using the username and password… For a while it only said email and there was some confusion…

You’ll want to speak to @Tayfun in order to transfer licences into one account.
