Send ticket to email

Helloz,

Hope you are all well. I have a client requirement of sending a ticket / ticket detail to an email. How is this possible? There is a script here that can capture this detail but how do I attach it to action/rules

Am able to send the email from my machine but am not sure of the code/ script to input in the Email Message:

The above give me the below results.
