Show a Custom field at entity screen

Hello everyone, i have a question. i have a carwash , i’m old user to sambapos v3. but after upgrade to v5 options i´m lost. I need see at entity a second field calling licence plate . i created the custom field in entity type. but not have idea to see in entity screens .

Please if you have any idea, to see a second custom field at entity let me guide please.
