Customer multiple addresses

Hi, I have a question. My business is mostly delivery and lots of my costumers have multiple adresses (work, house 1, house 2, etc). Currently the fields on Customer entity are name, address, phone and city and this data is printed in the ticket so I have to change the address every time the customer makes an order. QUESTION: Is there any way to make tha app ask me wich one of several addresses fields (per customer) it has to be printed? Thanks!

Some of my customers the order delivery from their office and sometimes from their Home so i want to select the right address on every order.

now the only problem is to disappear the Customer Addresses from the Ticket Screen i’m sure i’ll find a way …

You added it to a ticket tag… it wont go away unless you untag it. Why do you want Address as a ticket tag?

I think he means the entity note addresses as tag presumably is drawn from the selected address in the ask question?

Entity notes you can just close by clicking the x. Ticket Tags you have to untag.

The yellow is ticket tag… why did you add address as a ticket tag?

Just click the black x then.

Ok maybe I should just stop responding because I might confuse you more. I read some of this thread and for something that is such simple setup this thread got very confusing.

My best advice is to look at what you implemented and only keep the parts you want. If you have no clue what you implemented then you should maybe test it out and get to know it better then remove the parts you dont want.

Was only guessing, never used this action before.
And if you click the x they come back?

You shouldn’t need to update that every time.

That’s not what he meant. He didn’t want them there at all. So he shouldn’t use that action. However you can set a visible duration and it auto closes them.

I use these for Twitter setup. I store customers Twitter order there and after order is built I close it.
